The construction of the depository of the North Bohemian Scientific Library in Na schodech Street in Ústí nad Labem is the first stage of construction (the second stage will be the reconstruction and connection of the Kind villa). In the basement of the building there is a depository with facilities and on the ground floor a part for the public - reading room and rental. The roof of the building is vegetated, in its part there is a parking lot, accessible from the adjacent terrain. The building is open with a glazed, roof overlapped facade with views of the city and the Elbe Valley.
